We a pleased to announce that Hannah Maxey who works at our Hornsey and Kentish Town clinics will be working full time for Complete Physio as from the first week of October. Hannah is continuing at Hornsey and Kentish Town but is also starting at our Broadgate clinic on a Thursday.
Dave Baker and Chris Myers are two of only a handful of physios in the country qualified in the use of diagnostic ultrasound. They use diagnostic ultrasound as a continuation of their new patient assessment to diagnose injuries. This allows them to visualise the tissue that is causing the pain. They both use ultrasound to guide joint and soft tissue injections which has been shown to be more effective than unguided injections. Chris Myers – clinical director of Complete Physio , London – was selected earlier this year to physio at the World University Games in Shenzhen, China. He is currently in China working with the Great Britain athletes. He is working closely with the weightlifting and badminton teams. Many of the Great Britain athletes are looking to impress to improve their Olympic chances for London 2012.
